Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made between Nailedit Store OÜ and customers of the online store nailedit.ee/en/.

1. General Provisions

The online store is located at https://nailedit.ee/en/.
The seller is Nailedit Store OÜ.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the online store. The seller has the right to amend the terms and conditions, and the changes shall take effect upon publication on the website.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros. Prices may include or exclude VAT in accordance with applicable law. The seller reserves the right to change prices, but the price valid at the time of placing the order shall apply to the order.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart and complete the order form. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance using the payment methods available in the online store. The seller is not responsible for any disruptions caused by the payment service provider.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered according to the delivery method selected at checkout. The usual delivery time is 1–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a notice must be sent to info@nailedit.ee.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where an incorrect or defective product is returned.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice and the returned goods, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

8. Submitting Complaints

Complaints should be sent to info@nailedit.ee. Please describe the issue and include photos if possible.

9. Liability

The seller is not liable for damages caused by the customer or resulting from force majeure.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or the court. The laws of the Republic of Estonia shall apply.
