SAGA PROFESSIONAL FRENCH BASE – camouflage base coat

French Base is an elastic, self-levelling camouflage base coat designed for French manicures and soft, natural nail designs. The collection’s nude shades help even out the appearance of the nail plate and visually elongate the nail bed, creating a suitable background for the French smile line.

Its medium consistency makes the material easier to apply and control around the cuticle and sidewalls. Good self-levelling properties help create a smooth surface, while the elastic formula is suitable for coating and modelling natural nails.

French Base can be used as a foundation for a classic French manicure or as a standalone colour coat without additional gel polish. It is suitable for understated everyday manicures and designs featuring delicate decorative details. A thin layer of Soft Base can be applied beneath the camouflage base to create an adhesive foundation.

Application

  1. If needed, apply a thin layer of Soft Base to the nail plate to create an adhesive foundation. Dry in a 48 W LED lamp for 60 seconds.

  2. Apply a thin layer of French Base, avoiding contact with the skin and cuticle.

  3. When modelling, distribute the material evenly and correct unevenness on the nail’s surface.

  4. Dry in a 48 W LED lamp for 60 seconds.

  5. If desired, create a French design or add decorative details.

  6. Finish with a top coat, following its application instructions and drying time.

Drying time

60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp. The packaging label specifies a UV drying time of 2 minutes.
