SAGA PROFESSIONAL ELASTIC BASE – camouflage base coat

Elastic Base is a collection of semi-transparent camouflage base coats for natural-looking manicures. Soft nude shades even out the appearance of the nail plate and visually soften imperfections while retaining a translucent finish.

Its medium consistency and good self-levelling properties make application easier. The elastic material is suitable for coating and modelling natural nails.

Colour intensity depends on the thickness applied: a thin layer remains more translucent, while a thicker layer provides greater coverage. Depending on nail length, the modelling layer may be up to 0.8–1 mm thick. A transparent base coat must be applied beneath Elastic Base.

Application

  1. Apply a thin layer of transparent base coat, such as Soft Base, to the nail plate. Dry according to its instructions.

  2. Apply a thin layer of Elastic Base, avoiding contact with the skin and cuticle.

  3. For modelling and greater colour coverage, shape the nail’s surface with the material. Depending on nail length, the modelling layer must not exceed 0.8–1 mm.

  4. Dry in a 48 W LED lamp for 60 seconds.

  5. Finish with a top coat, following its application instructions and drying time.

Drying time

60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp. The packaging label specifies a UV drying time of 2 minutes.
