SAGA PROFESSIONAL COLOR BASE – coloured base coat

Color Base is a collection of elastic coloured base coats combining camouflage coverage with colour. It is suitable for both soft pastel manicures and brighter looks without additional gel polish.

Its light, moderately fluid consistency and good self-levelling properties make the material easier to distribute evenly. The pliable texture allows surface irregularities to be corrected for a smooth colour coat.

Most shades in the collection are semi-transparent pastel camouflage colours. Exceptions are shades 11 and 12, which have dense pigmentation: 11 is milky, almost white, while 12 is red. Shades 8, 9 and 10 contain opalescent shimmer.

A transparent, elastic base coat must be applied beneath Color Base. Choose the underlying product according to the condition of the natural nail and its application instructions.

Application

  1. Prepare the nail plate according to the instructions for the system being used.

  2. Apply a thin layer of transparent, elastic base coat, such as Soft Base or Strong Base. Dry according to its instructions.

  3. Apply a thin layer of Color Base, avoiding contact with the skin and cuticle. Distribute the material evenly and allow the surface to level.

  4. Dry in a 48 W LED lamp for 60 seconds.

  5. Finish with a top coat, following its application instructions and drying time.

Drying time

60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp. The packaging label specifies a UV drying time of 2 minutes.
